Cognitive Assessments:

Cognitive assessments at Bass Coast Psychology evaluate various aspects of cognitive functioning, including memory, attention, problem-solving skills, and language abilities. These assessments are crucial for identifying strengths and difficulties in cognitive abilities, which can assist in academic planning, career decisions, and understanding developmental delays or changes in cognitive function over time. Our assessments cater to both adults and children, providing insights that are valuable for individuals at different stages of life.

Pricing: Cognitive Assessment with report is approximately $1,500 (excludes travel expenses). However, pricing varies depending on the reason for the cognitive assessment so please get in contact to discuss the specific price for your situation! 

 

ADHD Assessments:

Our ADHD assessments focus on understanding the symptoms, strengths, and challenges related to an ADHD neurotype. In addition to providing clarity surrounding a diagnosis, these assessments provide guidance for treatment planning and accessing appropriate support services.

Pricing:  ADHD Assessment with letter: $1,000 or ADHD Assessment with report: $1,500

Autism Assessments:

We approach our Autism assessments with the understanding that each individual's experience with autism is unique and valuable. Our assessments focus on identifying strengths, challenges, and individual needs, aiming to provide a supportive environment where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. We prioritise holistic understanding and empower individuals with personalized insights and recommendations that honour their neurocognitive diversity.

Pricing: Autism Assessment with letter: $1,250 or Autism Assessment with report: $2,000

 

Combined Autism and ADHD Assessments:

Pricing: Autism & ADHD Assessment with letter: $1,500 or Autism & ADHD Assessment with report: $2,500

 

Psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessments:

These assessments explore an individual's functional abilities related to daily living tasks, work capacity, and social interactions. They explore the persons strengths and weaknesses throughout all areas of daily life to ensure an accurate representation of the individuals support needs. Functional Capacity Assessments are an essential part of most NDIS applications and plan reviews.

 

Employment/Career Suitability Assessments:

These assessments help individuals and organizations match personal strengths, interests, and skills with career opportunities. They evaluate factors such as aptitude, work style preferences, and vocational interests, supporting career planning, job satisfaction, and workplace performance.

 

Coming Soon: Gender-Affirming Assessments (WPATH Assessments):

Designed for individuals on a journey of medical affirmation, these assessments follow the guidelines of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). They assess readiness and eligibility for gender-affirming hormones or surgery, providing essential support and documentation for medical professionals and individuals navigating gender transition.
